Our mission is to return the lost economic benefit from illegal fishing back to those that should have received it.
This project was formed under the leadership of Mr. Thomas Creal along with a team of experts focused on combating ocean crimes based on the island of São Tomé and Príncipe.
The team of experts includes data analysts, evidence gatherers, law firms, former military intelligence, unmanned aerial surveillance and vessel advisors. The project’s mission is to help attack the money trails from illegal fishing, such as unjust enrichment linked to illegal fishing and return the damage caused as a financial recovery for the benefit of the people.
Upon success, Blue Waters will deposit recovered funds into a Trust Fund at Banco Bilderberg to be used for the benefit of the people in the countries that suffered the damages. These monies will be used as an economic engine for infrastructure projects, jobs, training, business growth and lay the foundation as a means to access the world for sustainability purposes.
